Hot Import Nights - Miami Beach was jam packed as always with hot cars both within and without. Many of the cars parked curbside were getting as much attention as some of the rides inside which goes to show how serious some people take their tuning. Inside it was wall to wall whips for all flavors as was all wall to wall hotties in many flavors as well. There's plenty of both for you to drool over. -T Hot Import Nights Miami 2007 |

 NOPI in Miami! Charity Hodges, J-Bird, Mike Meyers, and company were down in Miami for the 2007 Drift Battle. The racers are in a points chase and hoping to rack up some points. With all the wild an crazy action, only the huge parking lot of Dolphin Stadium would be suitable. Show cars were out trying to win and bringin' the bling.  It's here...PINKS! All Out Miami. Rich Christensen and company came all the way down here to tape their new series "All Out". They basically get 300 drag cars and run them till they get the top 16.  The 2007 Lowrider Tour came through the Tamiami Fair & Expo Center and put on a good show as always. We like to call it the "chrome everything you can" show. I mean, where else will you see a car that has the paint under the car as nice as the paint on top. EVERYTHING had chrome on some cars!  Moroso Motorsports complex was the site for the Outlaw Street Drags which is an "anything" goes event. This means if you can strap a big block to a lawn mower, you're more than welcome to run. The amount of Imports was pretty small and all the V8 power is intimidating to the low budget guys. It's not hard to run 10's and below with plenty of $$$. Outlaw Street Drags 2k7. |

 The NASA TT time trial event from December 30th was a full 2-day event that featured their HPDE or High Performance Driving Event as well as the TT (Timer Trial) and a 3 hour Enduro. There were lots of teams out testing and tuning their rides getting ready for GT type events at Sebring and at least one driver said he was dialing his car in for Road Atlanta. NASA TT Dec 30. |
